My Story
Long before Passport by Pace had a name, I was the person people called before booking a flight. They wanted to know where to stay, where to eat, what was actually worth seeing, and what they could skip. I loved it, not because I enjoyed planning itineraries, but because I loved watching people come home with stories they never would have had on their own.
Eventually, I realized I was spending so much time helping other people experience the world that maybe this wasn't just a hobby. Maybe it was the life I was supposed to build.
Travel has shaped nearly every chapter of my life. I've lived in France, studied at Le Cordon Bleu, earned a degree in Wine Tourism from the University of Reims in Champagne, became a sommelier, taught yoga, and spent years working in the wine industry. Those experiences gave me an incredible education, but they aren't what define the way I travel.
What defines it are the moments in between.
Riding horses through Portugal and Scotland. Sharing a brie and jam sandwich with my horse in the middle of the Highlands. Skiing everywhere from the American West to the French Alps. Road tripping across Europe. Taking cooking classes in Peru. Wandering through Brazil and falling in love with a country that reminded me that life doesn't have to be polished to be beautiful.
I've been fortunate enough to explore 33 countries, but the places I remember most aren't always the famous ones. They're the neighborhoods where I found my favorite café, the local markets where I shopped for dinner, the families who shared their traditions, and the moments that made me feel less like a visitor and more like I belonged.
That feeling is what I want to create for other people.
I don't believe you need to see everything to have an incredible trip. I think you need the confidence to slow down when it matters, the flexibility to embrace the unexpected when plans change, and enough room in your itinerary to discover something you never could have planned.
Passport by Pace isn't just a business to me. It's everything I already loved about life brought together in one place.
It's wine and wellness. Mountains and oceans. Horses and hiking boots. Local cafés and family-run wineries. Long dinners, early mornings, movement, adventure, and the belief that the best trips don't just change where you've been—they change how you see the world.
If I can help someone come home feeling more present, more inspired, and more connected than when they left, then I've done exactly what I set out to do.
